Dear friends, welcome to the second installment of our coverage regarding the upcoming second full-length "Certa Omnibus Hora" of the Prague-based post-metal/doom quintet The Corona Lantern. Today we shall change the usual sequence a bit and dive into the album art.

Authored in its entirety by Daniela Neumanová, the vocalist of TCL and an excellent visual artist of Dahlien Design, her approach unequivocally accentuates what we mentioned last time, that is, the macabre nature of the album's lyrical dimension.

The matter of technique used is also worthy of note, since all photos that make pretty much the cornerstone of the album art, were made using the iconic Czech twin-lens reflex camera Flexaret, thus being captured on roll film.

In addition, we of course also have here the album tracklist, and even in its case there is a curious detail to mention, for if you read the titles of the six compositions in sequence, you will get a short poem:

As Wide Eyes Travel / Through This Swamp of Oblivion / Up the Last Hill / Hours Between Heartbeats / Make Me Forget / The Truth and Its Will

So, enjoy and more next time!
